Intelligent Design is “Not Science”

Monday, November 21st, 2005

So says the Vatican. And too right they are. All it boils down to is that there is too much complexity to the universe for it to be a coincedence. But hang on, the probability might be so high as to be uncalculable in our lifetime, but that doesn’t make it impossible does it? I mean, if the contruction/destruction of universes could be inifinite, then isn’t there a possibility that at least one of those creations have had all the random events that lead up to what we have here?

Intelligent Design should be taught as religion. It’s all hearsay anyway. There’s no science to back it up. There MUST have been a creator? Why? Because we can’t understand anything beyond that? Well that’s just crap. Ok, I admit the possibility of an omnipotent being (I’ll get in to that another time), but there’s no direct evidence to suggest there is. It’s just “a possibility”.
