Happy New Year!!
Sunday, January 1st, 20062006 and I’m another day older. What’s changed. Nothing. Still got cash loans. Still trying to make exra money. Still playing Counter Strike.
But if I’m realistic I’ll just be as miserable as I was yesterday. So, lets hope this year brings all that I didn’t get last year, and the year before, and the year before.
So on the the party…
The embankment seemed to have a fairly decent fireworks display this year. They used the Wheel to pretty good effect - launching pyrotechnics off it. I counted three barges being used as the main launch pads for the bulk of the display which went on for a full ten minutes. Not bad, but I’ve seen better.
If they managed to spin up the Eye and use it as a proper catherine wheel, that would have been soooo cool!
Well, I’m looking to get some decent stuff in the sales. Not that I intend spending much money but if I can get some stuff on the cheap then why not. Who else is coming???
