A 3-year-old was found unharmed Monday after he wandered away from a day-care center to a nearby 7-Eleven, according to police.

Investigators said Jorge Rivera left the Golden Bear day care and vanished for about 30 minutes Monday.

Rivera’s relatives said a Good Samaritan spotted the child walking near a road and picked him up.

“We’re all a little nervous because now we’re like debating can we trust another day-care center around here anymore?” boy’s grandmother Zaida Resto said. “They didn’t even know he was missing. My daughter had to say the child was (missing).”

It’s unclear whether the child managed to get the packets of Starburst and cans of Dr Pepper requested by the other children.
