		<description>I don't know what's happening today, BUT I think we may be facing a pandemic of lunacy!  

I understand that the folks on the front lines here may have reached the end of their collective rope... 
BUT 
What about the calming duties of supervisors, 
or 
the police dispatcher who informs the district: "Sorry sir this is not a police matter, I can give you the number for the State social service department, 
OR 
the district attorney who informs his underlings:"If anything like this gets to my desk again, You're fired!"

Having raised over 100 foster children, I'm agog with wonder that anyone working with disturbed children would find "wet pants" out of the ordinary</description>
