UCLA Student Gets Tasered For Not Showing ID

Notice how the police keep telling the kid to “stand up” and then taser him. WTF? The whole point of a taser is to take your ass down … not take it up!

In any event, it doesn’t appear that the kid was being violent; just disobedient if anything. I’m sure the police have restrained felons without the need to resort to this kind of behaviour.
